Processing Time

• Orders are processed and send within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

• Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

1. Domestic Shipping (Within The Netherlands)

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 working days - €6,50 or Free over €100,-

 

2. International Shipping

• Delivery Times: 3-10 working days (varies by destination)

• Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

• Note: Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Free Shipping

We’re excited to offer free shipping on orders over €100,- for domestic orders.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number that will be emailed to you upon shipment. Use this number to track your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at webshop@fortissimoclothing.nl, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

• Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
